Susan Hansen, a 26 year resident of Harvard, is now putting her thirty plus years of art and design to use in a new way, as a real estate consultant. Real estate like design involves first understanding what the client needs and wants. Paying close attention to details and being able to find solutions for any unplanned issues that may come up are all necessary --- and strengths of Hansen.
As a GREEN forward thinking agent, she is currently completing an extensive 6 month program to earn The Green Designation EcoBroker®. Susan also has an Energy Star certification and recommends that her clients have an energy audit done as a baseline as it usually provides the homeowner with valuable information and suggestions.
