Nicole Regonini is a graduate of St. Bonaventure University in Olean New York. Her earlier career path included working in sales and communications consulting for high tech companies. During the last three years, she developed an intense interest in the local real estate market, primarily because she and her husband were looking for a larger home. (They recently moved from Stow to Bolton.)
After receiving a step-by-step education in the process of buying and selling from her Acton Real Estate Broker, Nicole decided that the same skills of sales and business strategies she had developed in former jobs would coalesce perfectly in the real estate business.
Nicole’s major goal is to make each client feel like he/she is her only customer. She says: “I want each person to feel like their interaction is unique. I want to be able to immerse myself in our market area and learn the best way to service and present our exceptional towns. Each community is different, and each has a character and history that needs to be be explained.”
In her spare moments, Nicole enjoys working on decorating her new home, as well as reading, cooking and training her 19 month old Boxer puppy.
